We would love to hear from you
At BytePriva, our goal is to build tools that actually help people. Whether you are a fabricator, a student, a freelancer or just someone trying to get a quick job done, your experience matters to us.
Have an idea for a new tool? Found a wrong number or a bug? Want to suggest a guide? Or just want to say hello? Please get in touch.

What you can write to us about
- Tool ideas: a calculator or tool you wish existed, or a feature you would like added to one we already have.
- Corrections: a wrong result, a confusing sentence or a typo on a tool page or in a guide.
- Bugs: something that does not work as expected on a tool page.
- Questions: how to use a tool or how a result is worked out.
- General feedback: what works well and what could be better.
Tips for a faster reply
If you are reporting a problem, it helps to tell us the name of the tool or the page link, what you entered, what result you got and what you expected instead. The browser and device you use (for example, Chrome on Android) can also help us find the cause.
Please do not send sensitive files
Please do not email us passwords, ID documents or confidential files. We do not need them to understand a problem. If a tool is not working with a certain file, a description of the problem is enough.
Before you write
Many answers are already on our site. You may find help on the tool page itself, in our guides or on our About Us and Disclaimer pages. Our tools give estimates, so for important decisions please check results with your supplier’s data or a qualified professional.
We read the emails we receive, and we do our best to reply and to fix problems when we can. Thank you for being part of BytePriva.
